Our founder, Amy Brown, brings over two decades of experience in global recruitment, HR, organizational development, and business management along with an unparalleled commitment to excellence. She has designed and implemented global high potential and leadership development programs, coached senior level executives, driven executive communication strategies, and created and delivered management capability offerings. Amy is passionate about uncovering and serving client needs in a practical, actionable, and collaborative way. Amy is the proud mother of one smart, funny, and kind daughter. She is based in Seattle WA, and travels extensively.
